Dr. Kennedy Swaratsingh
Principal Consultant, D.B.A
Dr. Kennedy Swaratsingh has left his unique stamp on private enterprises, not-for-profit organizations and the Public Service. He served as a Minister of Public Administration, a Member of Parliament, University lecturer, Business Executive, Officer in the Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force and has given over two decades of service as a Priest in the Roman Catholic Church.
Dr. Swaratsingh has worked on developmental and commercial projects for over 15 years and has in-depth knowledge in strategic management, business negotiations, developing new markets and creating a productive and people centered environment. He has experience providing expertise in multilateral financing, public management, performance monitoring, assessments, project planning and implementation along with a focus on institutional strengthening has afforded him the opportunity to work with commercial and governmental agencies on a consistent basis.
