Code of Ethics

Kennedy Consulting Inc. is governed and in full compliance with its Code of Ethics outlined below:

KCI will serve our clients with integrity and professionalism
KCI will only accept engagements that we are qualified and have the relevant expertise for
KCI will treat appropriately all confidential client information that is not public knowledge and will take the necessary precautions to ensure that unauthorized persons will not have access or take advantage of privileged information without the client’s consent.
KCI will avoid conflicts of interest and withdraw from any consulting engagement deemed to impair our objectivity and integrity.

KCI will seek an agreement in advance with all clients on the basis of fees and expenses that are reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered.
KCI will not accept commissions, renumeration or any benefits from a third party in connection with any engagement for services or recommendation to a client. KCI will disclose any financial interests in goods or services that are part of the recommendation.
